When purchasing, there's a $1.00 + 5% eDelivery fee. For card usage, a $3.00 fee will be deducted monthly starting on the 1st day after 12 consecutive months without card usage. The card never expires.

Yes! As long as there is a remaining balance, the card may be used at any participating Loyal & Local: Shop Dana Point location. Your card works across all participating businesses until the balance is depleted.

The card can only be used at participating Loyal & Local: Shop Dana Point businesses. It cannot be used with third-party delivery services like Grubhub or DoorDash. Visit our business directory to see all participating locations - new businesses are being added regularly!

Your card may be declined if: (1) you entered incorrect card information, (2) you have insufficient balance, (3) you're trying to use it at a non-participating business, or (4) you're attempting to use it with a third-party delivery service. Please verify your card details and ensure you're shopping at a participating Loyal & Local: Shop Dana Point location.

Will my payment automatically deduct from the card if I don't have enough to cover my entire balance?

Accepted Answer

No. If your purchase exceeds your card balance, you'll need to split the payment. The business will first charge your Loyal & Local: Shop Dana Point for the available balance, then you'll pay the remaining amount with another payment method (credit card, cash, etc.).

How is the digital Loyal & Local: Shop Dana Point redeemed?

Save your Loyal & Local: Shop Dana Point to your Apple- or Google-Wallet and simply tap-to-pay. You can also use the Yiftee app (available at the Apple App Store) to store your Yiftee cards and access current card balances. If you do not use Apple- or Google-Pay, merchants can redeem your card by manually entering your 16-digit card code into their POS or terminal system, just like entering a credit card number. The card CANNOT be swiped - it must be keyed in manually. Show your card code (from email or printout) to the cashier at checkout.

No, there are no plastic cards available. Your Loyal & Local: Shop Dana Point is digital-only and delivered via email. You can print it on paper if you prefer to have a physical copy to present at checkout.

Yes! Just as refunds would be applied to your credit card, they can also be applied back to your Loyal & Local: Shop Dana Point, increasing your available balance.

Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Treat your Loyal & Local: Shop Dana Point code like cash and keep it secure. We recommend saving the email/text with your card code in a safe place.
